Excellent Free Math and Science Teaching Website

Math and science are often a struggle for parents helping kids with homework and for homeschooling parents, especially at the high school level. There is an excellent free math teaching website called Khan Academy that makes learning math online easy. Khan Academy is a non-profit organization that offers hundreds of teaching videos covering math, science and finance. All of the videos are free. The website provides math facts and math problems with worked examples and answers.

The videos cover topics that run from elementary school to college level. These videos are an excellent supplement for any homeschool student, public school student or college student. They are also great for an adult who would like to relearn the math they have forgotten or who would like to be able to help their children with math and science homework.
